This talk follows the implementation of techniques and ideas brought back from Taiwan, from facial paralysis reconstruction and eyelid suspension to scar revision and meticulous nerve surgery.
The most valuable lessons are often hidden in the details: how a dry operative field changes the workflow, why controlled hypercorrection matters, how deep tissue approximation reduces tension, and how a simple fishing hook can become a practical alternative to expensive commercial retractors. The presentation also explores what makes a high-level surgical center different—and why reproducing its results requires more than simply copying a technique.
Clinical cases, technical observations, questions from the audience, and an honest discussion of adapting international experience to Ukrainian resources make this a particularly practical look at surgical learning beyond the operating room.
