Webinars and Events Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Registration may include first/last name, email, phone, specialty, workplace, country/region/city, language, timezone, auth method/provider ID, IP, forwarded-for, user agent, client context, timestamps and confirmation state. Incomplete/failed attempts may be retained for limited security and troubleshooting.
By registering, a user requests operational messages such as confirmation, access instructions, reminders, schedule/platform changes, security notices, attendance/assessment instructions and certificate information. Broader newsletters or unrelated promotion require a separate lawful basis and opt-out where required.
Events may use external meeting, streaming or registration providers governed by their own policies. If recording occurs, the event page should disclose it before participation. Participants must not record or publish other people’s personal data or protected content without authority. UCS may change program, speakers, date, format or access for organizational, technical, security or force-majeure reasons.
