Ці Умови регулюють сайт UCS, акаунти, invites, Google sign-in, member access, education materials, events, committees, library, blog, uploads та communications. Використовуючи сайт, створюючи акаунт, активуючи invite, входячи через Google, подаючи заявку на membership, завантажуючи контент, долучаючись до програми або продовжуючи користування, ви приймаєте ці Умови. Платформа призначена переважно для healthcare professionals, surgical trainees, educators, invited contributors, partners and members; публічні сторінки є лише інформаційними. Користувачі повинні надавати accurate information, protect credentials, не передавати accounts or invites і не misrepresent identity, qualifications, affiliation, clinical status or authority. Контент UCS є освітнім і не є individualized medical advice; він не створює doctor-patient relationship і не замінює law, institutional protocols, licensing duties, clinical judgment, informed consent or emergency care. UCS може approve, refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate access or membership. Uploaded content має бути lawful, rights-cleared and patient-safe; users grant UCS a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license for educational, organizational, promotional, compliance, archive and evidence purposes. Заборонені unlawful use, privacy breaches, harassment, malware, scraping, bypassing access controls, spam, rights infringement, misleading claims and unsafe medical advice. У максимально дозволеному законом обсязі platform надається “as is”, а UCS не відповідає за indirect, clinical, professional, reputational, data-loss or lost-profit damages. Users indemnify UCS for breaches, unlawful content, privacy violations, professional misconduct, rights infringement, misuse or inaccurate information. Застосовується право України, якщо імперативний закон не вимагає іншого.
