Third-Party Services and International Processing

UCS may use hosting, CDN/storage, backup, authentication, Google Workspace, email delivery/sync, video, analytics, security, social integrations and event platforms. Providers may process data in other countries. UCS should minimize transfers, use role/access controls and contractual safeguards where required, and assess international-transfer requirements under Ukrainian law. Third-party sites/embeds have their own terms. Mentioning a provider or enabled integration does not mean it receives every user’s data.

Membership verification processors and sources

Membership verification documents may be technically processed by necessary hosting, storage, backup, malware/security or document-processing providers used by UCS. Only the minimum data reasonably necessary for the function should be exposed to a provider. UCS may also use an issuing institution or an official/public verification source, including public EDEBO verification tools for Ukrainian education documents where applicable and lawful.

Use of a provider, enabled API or available integration does not mean that every membership document is sent to that provider. Membership verification files are not shared with petition organizers, ordinary members or unrelated partners merely because those parties cooperate with UCS.
