Google API & Connected Services Data Policy

UCS may technically enable Google APIs for present or future features. Enabled does not mean UCS automatically accesses all data from that product.

Potentially enabled APIs include Access Context Manager, Admin, Alert Center, Analytics Admin, Business Profile account management, Calendar, Chat, Chrome Management/Policy, Classroom, Cloud Channel, Cloud Identity/Resource Manager, Contacts/People, Data Studio/Looker Studio, Docs, Drive/Activity/Labels, Forms, Gmail, Groups Migration/Settings, IAM, Keep, Licensing, Meet, Pub/Sub, Reseller, Search Console, Sheets, Site Verification, Storage, Tag Manager, Tasks, Vault and YouTube.

Actual access depends on the implemented feature, OAuth scope, service account, Workspace administrator authorization and user consent. UCS should request the minimum scope necessary and disable the feature when a required scope is denied. Google sign-in should normally use identity/profile fields and must not be a hidden route to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or other content.

Google user data obtained through APIs must be used only for the disclosed feature, security and other uses permitted by applicable Google policies. UCS does not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising. Sensitive/restricted scopes may require Google verification and, depending on use, a security assessment. Revoking authorization stops future access but does not automatically erase records UCS lawfully must retain.
