Copyright and Takedown Policy

Original UCS text, design, compilations, branding and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless another license is stated. Third-party lectures, images, papers and videos may remain owned by their rightsholders. A submitter warrants sufficient rights and grants the limited platform license in the Terms. A takedown request should identify the claimant, protected work, disputed material/URL, basis of rights and requested action. UCS may temporarily restrict, request evidence, contact the uploader, remove/restore content and preserve records needed for the dispute.
