Children and Minors Policy

The platform is primarily for adults and healthcare professionals. UCS does not knowingly design member, petition, webinar or professional-certificate accounts for children unless a specific program expressly supports minors with legally required authorization and safeguards. Clinical material involving children requires heightened privacy, dignity and best-interest review, proper legal-representative authority where required and medical-secrecy compliance. UCS may refuse publication despite a presented permission if risk remains excessive.
