Certificates Policy

UCS may issue digital/PDF certificates for attendance, participation, completion, speaking, contribution, ceremonial recognition or other documented activity.

A record may include a unique code/hash, recipient name/email, language, template, issued/revoked status and dates, PDF/integrity signature, event title/date, BPR event number where applicable, source educational item, view/verification counters and timestamps. Verification attempts may store code hash, hashed IP, success/failure and time.

A certificate confirms only what it states. Unless expressly stated, it is not a state qualification document, medical license, specialty certificate, proof of clinical competence, employment right or proof of UCS membership. A public verification page should expose only the minimum necessary verification data.

UCS may correct, reissue or revoke a certificate issued in error, on false information, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise invalid. Revocation may preserve the audit record. Forgery or misleading presentation is prohibited.
