BPR/CPD Certificate Notice

Some UCS activities may qualify within Ukraine’s continuous professional development system; other UCS certificates do not. BPR/CPD status must be explicitly stated for the particular event and certificate.

A template name, UCS logo or certificate code does not create BPR points. Recognition depends on the applicable requirements of Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 725 of 14 July 2021 as amended, Ministry of Health rules, provider/event status and any requirements in force on the event date.

For a BPR-designated event UCS may retain participant identity, professional data, attendance/completion evidence, event/provider identifiers, assessment results where applicable, certificate code and issue/revocation history. The participant remains responsible for accurate professional data and proper use of the certificate in their own attestation process. Non-BPR speaker, ceremonial or attendance certificates must not be represented as awarding BPR points.
