Perforator Dissection Masterclass Brought Together Leading Reconstructive and Microsurgeons

On 26–27 June, a specialized masterclass dedicated to perforator dissection techniques brought together plastic, reconstructive, and microsurgeons for an intensive program focused on advancing contemporary surgical skills.

The event became another example of the importance of professional collaboration in strengthening surgical education and fostering the development of reconstructive and microsurgical practice in Ukraine.

The masterclass was made possible through the joint efforts of the Ukrainian College of Surgeons and the URM platform, demonstrating the value of interdisciplinary cooperation and continuous professional development.

We express our sincere gratitude to Dmytro Serhiiovych Bukhtieiev for making this educational format possible and for creating an opportunity for Ukrainian specialists to learn alongside leading national and international experts.

Knowledge exchange, openness to innovative approaches, and active collaboration between professional communities remain essential drivers for the advancement of modern reconstructive and microsurgical care in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian College of Surgeons remains committed to supporting high-quality educational initiatives that strengthen surgical expertise, encourage international cooperation, and contribute to better patient outcomes.
