Ukrainian College of Surgeons Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Defense Health Department

On June 18, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ukrainian College of Surgeons and the Health Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
