Analytics, Activity and Logging Notice
Last updated: 2 September 2026
UCS distinguishes optional analytics from operational, educational, administrative and security logs.
Consented analytics
Where required and accepted, UCS may record visitor/session/event data linked to a consent token and, for signed-in users, member ID: page path/title, referrer/UTM, timezone, language, approximate country/city, device/OS/browser/platform, screen/viewport and event metadata. Aggregated hourly/daily/monthly statistics may be generated.
Educational activity
Video progress, completion, timecodes, likes, reactions, comments, reports, shares and collection activity may be stored for signed-in features.
Admin/security logs
Admin audit can store actor, target, route/page, action, request method, IP, browser/user agent, session and before/after details. Security logs can store path/query/referrer, IP, request/correlation IDs, status/time, attack signals, matched rules, safe input summaries and incident evidence. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable necessary security/audit logs.
