Use UCS only for lawful educational, professional, organizational and civic purposes offered by the platform. Do not bypass access controls, mass-download protected content, scrape member/petition data, automate signatures/registrations, probe security without authorization, send spam through UCS systems, impersonate another person, forge certificates, manipulate engagement metrics, upload malware, disclose confidential information or use UCS branding for unauthorized endorsement. UCS may rate-limit, block, suspend, revoke tokens/invites, remove content, invalidate fraudulent activity, preserve evidence and refer serious conduct where lawful.
